ABOUT US
Jak Kitts
head coach, C.E.O.
Jak began his fitness journey as a teenager. He had always been "chubby" and, at age 16, decided to change that.
His abilities in math and science served him well, as he was able to sift through unreliable or incorrect information (which is rampant in the fitness industry) and interpret the best studies and science.
While studying computer engineering at Santa Clara University, he began helping his friends achieve their own fitness goals. Soon, he'd grown a reputation and his client base grew from Santa Clara students to students and young professionals across the country.
CADE ALCOCK
Assistant Coach, C.O.O.
USAPL 93kg
NASM CPT - Certified Personal trainer
Cade trains clients, too, and provides assistance to all Kitts Coaching athletes.
An athlete his whole life, Cade first entered a gym at age 9. Fitness and athletic performance have helped shape his journey, and his accomplishments abound:
2015 Rocky Mtn Rebels All-Star Rugby Team
2015 Colorado State Hockey HS Champ
2015 USA HS Hockey Nat’l Champ
2016 Colorado State Hockey HS Champ
2016 All-State Hockey Selection
2017 All-State Hockey Selection
2018 Connecticut Junior Rangers Hockey Club
2019 Treasure Island Rugby 7s Plate Winner
2019-present SCU Rugby Team Captain (D1A)
Cade met Jak as a freshman at Santa Clara University, and they developed a fantastic coach-athlete relationship. While experiencing personally unprecedented gains, Cade grew curious about how this was occurring. Jak took him under his wing and Cade developed the knowledge and experience to begin coaching his own clients. They now work in tandem.
Along his Kitts Coaching journey, Cade fell in love with a new sport, powerlifting, and is pursuing a competitive career in the sport.
